Do you ship internationally?
We do! International shipments may be subject to customs and import fees.
How long does shipping take?
It depends on where you’re located, but most domestic shipments should arrive within a week if we have the product in stock.
Will I be charged for taxes?
Nope! We only collect sales tax in Pennsylvania and for some drop shipments in California.
What is your returns policy?
At PerformanceDrivetrains.com, we pride ourselves on delivering excellent products to our customers. However, if for some reason you are unhappy with your order, we accept returns on unused items with a 20% restocking fee
Do you refund?
We will provide a refund if an order is cancelled before an item is shipped, but all others are subject to a restocking fee. If there is a problem with your order, contact us! We’ll do our best to correct it.
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for domestic orders. For international orders, we only accept bank wire transfer and PayPal.
What are your warranty terms & conditions?
Due to the extreme conditions performance parts are subject to, we unfortunately cannot offer warranties for any of our products.
